The standard king room was affordable and well-equipped with climate control, multi-channel TV, and a fridge. the location was fantastic and conveniently close to the center. - It was also within easy reach of public transport, bus stops for Cambodia-bound buses, and situated just off one of the main backpacker streets.

The venue is simple, with good food and magnificent location down an alley off one of the main backpacker streets. Nice building and rooms with private bathroom. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Location not far from Bus Station and Tourist Destination and bus stop for buses to Cambodia and restaurants.

The guest house exceeded all my expectations with its incredible location right off the bustling backpacker streets. The room was immaculate, with even the plastic still on the outlets! The hot shower and air conditioning were a dream, and the spacious bathroom was a great bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to my emails. Although there was no TV, it only added to the charm of the hotel as it encouraged me to explore the vibrant city instead. The price was unbelievably affordable, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, just a minute away from the main strip. All in all, my stay was mind-blowing, and I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and value-packed experience.

The hotel offers a sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the warm Ho Chi Minh City weather and relaxing with a drink. The atmosphere is inviting and makes you feel like you're at a trendy rooftop bar, minus the high prices and crowds.
Power outage on arrival.

The owner on reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so was the bathroom, with toiletries and towels provided. The location was great, just a 2-minute walk from a strip of bars and close to some nice spots for food.
There were no options for food or drink at the hotel, but there were plenty of options available on the surrounding streets. The noise from the bars was not a problem when sleeping, but it may be a bit loud until around 2 am.

Pros of our stay at the B.V. I Guest House were mind-blowing! Our conveniently located small double room on the ground floor was perfect for us with lots of luggage. Despite the room's partial wall, we had an immersive experience, hearing all sorts of sounds, smelling delicious cooking smells, and seeing beautiful lights. The staff was incredibly helpful, even allowing us to use their kitchen to boil water. The location was excellent, close to bus 13 for the tunnels and the backpackers area but still quiet. The price was jaw-dropping and the room was clean with a good bed. We felt welcomed right away by the friendly and helpful staff.
